AI Training Data
We coordinate POV and egocentric video capture of genuine manual workflows across our network of commercial and industrial partner businesses — collected to spec, consented, and quality-controlled for AI training.
What We Deliver
From hardware setup to final delivery, we run the entire collection pipeline so contributing businesses stay focused on their actual work.
First-person footage of real manual tasks using wearable phone mounts on eligible smartphones — the worker's exact point of view, exactly as the task is performed daily.
We onboard participants across multiple businesses, distribute capture guidelines, schedule submissions, and keep daily volume flowing consistently against project targets.
Documented participant consent, bystander and signage protocols, and safety-first capture procedures aligned with each site's operational and compliance requirements.
Every submission is checked against the project spec — framing, resolution, task coverage, authenticity — before delivery, with structured feedback loops back to contributors.
Our Network
Real businesses, real commercial setups, real manual work — across the sectors where hands-on expertise lives.
Why AssemblyAnimate
Our core business is industrial animation — turning real assembly lines, machinery, and hands-on processes into clear visual explanations. That work only succeeds when you deeply understand how a task is actually performed: the sequence, the tools, the safety constraints, the details a camera must not miss.
That same operational fluency is what makes our video data collection reliable. We speak the language of workshop floors and service counters, and we already hold working relationships with the businesses doing this work every day.
How It Works
We take your capture spec, select the right businesses from our network, and secure participation agreements and documented consent.
Eligible smartphones and wearable mounts are set up on site. Contributors are briefed on framing, coverage, safety, and submission workflow.
Daily manual workflows are recorded in their real commercial setting. Every clip passes our quality review before it counts toward volume.
Approved footage is submitted on schedule, with regular progress reports, issue flags, and improvement suggestions back to your team.
Written participant consent collected and stored before any recording begins.
Bystander protocols, on-site signage, and support for anonymization requirements.
Capture procedures reviewed against each site's existing safety and operational rules.
